I have 16 payments left on my IVA and I have lost my job!....I am interviewing at the moment and hope to find something soon but what if it takes a while!?! im very worried I pay £395 per month and have never missed a payment. It was all going so well!
What are my options now?

Will you be getting a redundancy payment at all? If so then you can use that money to fund your normal payments until you get another job.
You could offer any redundancy as a full and final payment, or you could ask your IP to put forward what you have paid in as a full and final, epecially if you can't get another job quickly.
Speak to your IP and see what they suggest.

If you have no luck on the job front or have to take a job that leaves you little or no disposable income then you could ask your IP to ask your creditors to accept payments made to date as final and conclude your IVA.

Given that you are around 2/3 of the way through your IVA, Andy's suggestion ought to work as a last resort - but I would apply for a 12 month payment break in the first instance.
