if we were to fail the IVA

HI. Around 46k of our debt is in my name only, and the further 6K debt in is my husbands. We have a joint mortgage and am wondering if were were to fail the IVA we are currently in and opted for the route of bankruptsy for myself only what would any possible implications to this.

There would be the normal implications of bankruptcy for yourself, and if your IVAs are interlocking, your husband's could fail if it could not be separated from yours with him then maintaining payments in order to achieve the original dividend pledged.

How long have you been in the IVA and are you struggling to make the payments or just fed up of the process?
