I am currently in an IVA as is my husband. Our marriage has broken down and we've now separated and he has moved out of the home. I can afford to keep the mortgage on by myself as I have started a new job on 1 April however I only wish to remain here for the short term and would like to know what options we have in relation to selling the home or removing his name from the mortgage (if the mortgage company will allow this.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
