Hi All,

Just had the paperwork for my final review, all of a sudden GT are asking for 12 months payslips instead of the usual 3, anyone else had this or have any idea why they are asking for them all of a sudden?

Hi
It may be a policy change. The IP should really be checking a P60 or all the wage slips, most ask for them every three months rather than in one go.

Hi, just on the back of this. Is the final review the one before your 5th year begins? if so what happens at the end of the 5th year, do you have another review or is that it?

Not sure, but I think they can do a review at the end of the 5th year.

The only thing to review at the end of the final year is whether you have received any windfalls during the year or not.
