Hi,

Is there any reason you want to move from your sisters house?

You may find it difficult to rent in an IVA without a hefty deposit, but the best thing to do would be to speak to one or two rental agents and see what their stance is on this.

Private renting is also an option rather than going through an agency.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi
I would look at private rentals, as suggested by Lesley, so that you do not have too go through the various credit checks

Hi,
If this is not possible then just be upfront with the agent. You may have to put down a larger deposit or use a guarantor.

Hi

I would also look at the local authority or if the housing stoack has been transferred then look to the registered social landlord (RSL) for your area. They will have a website and it usually has the rental criteria on it. Good luck
