It is important that you take time to consider the options available to you, and I would not be a fan of someone who wants to rush you into a solution by sending round a courier to collect your documents the day after they have spoken to you. But if you feel comfortable with the advice provided, and assured taht you are going to get a good service then in principle why not?

I think that you should take more time to consider which company to use. Have a read through some of the posts and see which companies people are using and recommending, or otherwise.

We have professionals who post on here, come highly recommended and are generally on here daily so they are always around if you have a query.

Click on the experts link on the left hand side of the page and you will find contact details on there for them.

It seems a bit quick to grab paperwork. Make sure you are comfortable with the proposed repayments and all options have been discussed before handing over any documents. There are a number of IP firms on this forum who will speak to you and give you correct advice.
