Hi everyone,

I have just been looking for my certificate of completion and to my horror I can't find it!! What on earth I could have done with it, I really don't know. I thought I'd guard that with my life!!
Anyway, I'll call my old IVA company tomorrow but just wanted to know if it's possible to get a copy??

Thanks

Hi Neverguess,

You can phone them and ask, I assume they will be able to send you something as they should still have your file, even if it is archived.

Of course - IPs have to keep case records for up to 10 years, so you should have no problems in getting a copy of the document you need.
