Yes

I check them reguarly even paid monthly subscriptions for online access. It has been really hard max recovery bought 7 of my debts and created new credit accounts all new account numbers so had to link then all back to original debt and this is only one i am really having issues with . All my debts were included in my iva.It is a nightmare been going on for 4 months

It's down to you to sort this, not the CRA.

Keep on at Max/Recovery and Eversheds. They have to remove these defaults as you have now completed.

You will still have a bad record until 2012 so have plenty of time to try and sort this out.

You can try, but you would need a hefty deposit.
