Hi again. Just reffering back to the answer you gave prevuious as regards to if i am made redundant would i keep my redundancy package etc. I am currently with DFD would they allow me to keep the 60%. thanks so much for all your help . Hi,

You will get to keep your redundancy to fund yourself whilst still looking for work and then once you do you will have to hand it over to your IP

I think that you need to clarify the position directly with DFD. None of us are qualified to give you specific advice about your case, as we do not have detailed knowledge of your circumstances. Perhaps Declan from DFD can help to steer you in the right direction.

If you don't manage to find any other employment, then you can always ask your IP for a payment break once the redundancy has run out.
