just referring back to my original question . The monthly payment i pay to the Iva co have calculated a monthly payment based on my basic salary. so i have been doing overtime on top of this to cover the £240 a month which i pay the family member. Is it also correct in what i have been told that they will accept my last 3 months banks statements as proof of my salaryper month.

If you have been receiving overtime, surely this is reflected on your pay slips? If you are paying a family member for childcare or something like that....sorry I don't know your original post, then a receipt for the money should suffice.

If it's a loan from a family member that you are paying back I am sure this would be excluded from the IVA and would be disregarded from your expenses.

7 year IVA completed in December 2016 - there is light at the end of that tunnel

Again - may I ask what the payments to the family member are actually for, and whether they were diclosed to your other creditors within the IVA proposal.
