hi we have 58 months of 253 to pay which is about 14,600,oir ip has put a full and final to them for 13,000,do you think this will be accepted thankyou

It sounds like a fair offer but creditors may question why it has been put forward so soon after the proposal was accepted. It may have been better to propose a one off IVA originally but good luck with the offer.

Was your original offer over a 60 month period?

yes the iva was over 60 months originally was started in april 08,but we have struggled,the meeting is on the 9 nov,surely the ip would not put this forward if she didnt think it was acceptable.

Your IP must be happy to put forward the variation and satisfied with the reasons. Creditors should also be happy and I hope there is no problems on the 9th.
