my nearest branch is 15 miles away so opened my account over the phone,no problem office was in liverpool nice scouser was more than helpful.

Most of the time that is ok, but if you do have idenification problems it is probably better to go to a branch if possible.

good luck with your application should be fine with the cashminder as they're very supportive with great customer service.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

cashminder FAB had mine for about 2 month but you have to ring them cant be done online. no detailed credit check done just a check to confirm adresses .
