hi if i need to have a payment holiday from my iva for just one month is this possible, i have been in it for 10 mths with no missed payments. the reason for none payment is no overtime for my husband less tax crtedits for us coming in and i am self employed and there is not much work coming in and i have 2 lots of senior school uniforms to pay for.

It is possible. Speak with your IP as soon as possible and explain your situation.
You would then either slightly increase monthly payments to catch up or just tag it on to the end of the term.

I am sure this will be possible, but if your incomes are reduced on a permanent basis perhaps you need to look at something more permanent such as an overall reduction in your payments.

July/August is always a difficult time in kitting the children out for return to school.
