One question - I have been looking at the sample letters on this forum regarding a full and final settlement. Is it better to write a letter to the IP directly offering a lump sum or to each of the creditors individually offering an ex-gratia payment?
If you are in an IVA, you have to deal via your IP - you can't do it on your own.
