None of my creditors know my landline or mobile as i have moved house recently. Am I obliged to phone and give my new numbers legally? Im starting a dmp.

Looking at other posts id rather not get the calls. However im not sure if im legally obliged to tell them or if they may try and phone my workplace which would be much worse?

I wouldn't give them any numbers but if they have your work number then they are likely to ring it as I had this and started in a dmp before going into an iva. Who did you use for the dmp.

I agree - don't give your numbers to anyone. You don't have to.

If they should find out your work number, if they call, tell them that for you to receive personal calls could lead to you being sacked and then they would get no money at all.
