I am 4 years into my IVA, my partner and I purchased a house 3 years ago now. I want to settle my iva early as I potentially may be given some money from my current mortgage company - long story! in order to get the funds I need to move to another mortgage provider and I'm finding this very difficult. my advisor has said that there is nothing on the market at the minute. the only ones about you have had to had your iva been completed for 12 months. Know this is a long shot but is anyone aware of any that would give me a mortgage?!
