The only way in my humble opinion to decide whether an IVA is the right option for you is to really understand the advantages, disadvantages and implications of each option and then best mark them against your own aspirations.

Do not enter into an IVA if you are only doing so because you believe you are doing the right thing by creditors - this may not be the right thing to suit your circumstances and may not importantly be the right thing for your future aspirations either. Whilst it is extremely worthy to want to be seen to repay as much as you can, you also have to live with this for the next five or so years which is a long time at the end of the day.

Thanks for all your advice :D

And LoneRanger thanks for pointing out the facts that deep down it sucks being in an IVA!! Even though it helps put all payments into one making it easier to control as such..:S Ya really know how to make a person feel better!! " A lil bit of sarcasm there " haha jokes mate.. Thanks for your advice :P Its much apriciated..
