Even if you have a CCJ it stays on your credit file for 6 years as do defaults etc. If you have supplied all the info to Melanie her team will be able to have the IVA in place before the creditor gets a CCJ registered anyway. Do not worry but let them know and they can tell you what is needed to complete the file.
