IVA approved at last! ... am so relieved, i've been really worried as i had two adjourments, and dreaded being rejected. Only two of five creditors voted. At the first hearing one accepted with a modification but the main creditor rejected and asked for an adjournment. They asked to adjourn again at the second hearing, but accepted at the third hearing with Modifications to IP fees.
Just wanted others to know all is not lost if it's initially rejected, just need to stay strong and dont give up hope.

Congratulations Hope, what a relief for you, celebrations tonight!!

Can I just ask who your main creditor was, mine is Northern Rock, and I'm not feeling too positive about them.

Hi Hope,

That's excellent news and must be a huge relief! [:)]

You should go and celebrate with a nice bottle of cheap fizz. But remember to come back and share more details about the voting in your own case.

All the best

Andy
