I cant believe this i emailed my ip and she emailed me straight back at 8.45 shes goin to get a manager to look into it tomorrow!Tracy[:D]

It will get sorted don't worry Thanna. I agree though with Melanie. My firm always asks for the F&F monies to be in our hands prior to submitting the Variation - that way creditors know that we are sitting on the funds and always accept - I don't believe we have ever had any refusal.
