I recommend that you visit www.iva.com for a list of companies who can advise you, together with reviews of those companies.
Give one or two a ring, they are all recommended and you will get free and impartial advice as to all the options open to you and you can decide the best way forward for you.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

In your earlier posts you have indicated that you have spoken to Churchwood. If you are not happy, or even if you just want a 2nd or 3rd opinion, which is not a bad idea anyway, then you need to visit www.iva.com and have a look around there for reviews on many providers etc.
I am sure that you will find what you are looking for, you should get at the very least free initial consultations and no obligation advice.

As the other posters say try a couple of firms for advice. Most firms do not ask for money up front and will give a free initial no obligation consultation. You will only be obliged to make the IVA payments and the IP will be paid from the fees agreed between him/her and the creditors.
