Hi,

As long as you can make the IVA payments as well as your normal household bills, then I don't think your business will be affected.

Hi and welcome to the forum[:)]

Your IP should be able to advise you relating to your individual business.

As Jan says I think its fine, but check with a professional who knows your circumstances[:)]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Hi
Unless you are a limited company your business debts would have to be included in your IVA so this may well affect your ability to trade.

Have a chat with an IP and give him/her all your circumstances and particulars. Visit www.iva.com for reviews on IP's and select one or two to have a chat with. Their advice is free.
