Sorry questions questions questions:o/ As I posted earlier about the IVA failing and that my husband is now going to be on a DMP instead (hopefully). He has just read through the pack etc and signed it ready to return but they are asking for more fees. He already paid B and E £320 which was the 1st 2 installments. But as the IVA failed and never got started has he now got to pay them more fees to set up the DMP??

I would speak to them tomorrow. It could be that the pack is a standard one.
I would have thought that the fees you have paid would cover you for a DMP, but you need to check with them.
If they are still asking for fees, you can try another firm. Payplan and CCCS do not charge you any fees.
