Hi lookdivine, whats the problem that you have with ebay, if you dont mind me asking?

they are taking me to court as L'oreal are suing them, I sold a couple of makeup items made by lancome that were only for the usa market so loreal suing ebay, if loreal win ebay sues me, they say its to go to court apr-may this year but i just keep getting the same paperwork sent to me all the time
if I lose which i presume I will as a barrister for the high court in london is going to cost in excess of 20K, I will have to pay ebay presumeably 50-60K

i emailed ebays solicitors as stated above, telling them I have no means of paying them and that I would have to declare bankruptcy
lets see what happens, probably nothing

havent heard back off ebays solicitors yet, although have had an email to say they have read my email
I dont even expect a reply off them
