i am due to finish my iva in the next months, i have arrears of overtime payments which was agreed to be payed at the end of iva, will i have to pay fees to the iva until the arrears payed,or just pay the balance owing as obviously it willgo over the five year period

As far as I am aware, you will just pay the outstanding arrears, and once they are finished, your IVA will be completed.

If your IP has to carry out more work, as a result in the delay on your part in forwarding overtime payments, it has to be right that they be remunerated for that work - however it will depend upon what the proposal actually allows for fees.

Check with your IP to be sure.
