When I lost my Dad, I was an emotional wreck as we were very close - and I was a real Daddy's girl.
I still cry on occasion, for no apparent reason - and he has been gone for 20 years now, but after I have had a good cry, I then get joyful feelings as I remember the good times we had and the amount of laughter and love he actually created.
Starting to well up now a bit, so it doesn't go away - but neither do they very far. Crying is a good way to release pent up emotion and freshen the brain into logical thought again. Although everything seems to be getting on top of you, things will be much better soon.
Lisa I hope you are feeling more positive today and that Viki has been able to put your mind at rest.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.
