I am still confused. You said that there were fourteen creditors other than Amex but you have listed only four. I still do not know the date of the original meeting and whether any other creditors have voted since.
Let us know tomorrow and we can help but it does look that of the four creditors that you have listed the voting tends to be done by one firm.It may be possible that they have not received the proposals and your IP could e-mail them with the adjourned date.
For the past few months we have been sending our proposals directly to the companies who make the voting decisions and not to the banks themselves. This was what we were instructed to do by the banks. I am confused why your IP is ringing credit card companies directly when they do not make the decision themselves anyway.
