I entered an IVA in Feb 2011 With Mcambridge and Duffy F&F settlement completed Cert in May 2012 still got 4 defaults showing 2 for me 2 for my partner please advise what can I do to sort this out

You will have to wait until Feb 2017 I'm afraid.

Thanks not to long then but these defaults dates are dated after 22nd feb 2011 they are all in march 2011 is this normal as not sure thanks before

all four debts were included in the IVA so how come they have wrong dates on them ???

Defaults are often incorrectly dated -- you can ask for the dates to be amended, but, if they are only a few weeks adrift, probably not worth the effort.
