I have currently finished my IVA and awaiting final certificate, but I have just been informed that PPI claim has come through, are the insolvency company entillled to it all?

Yes, even if you had your certificate PPI is seen as an asset, so as it stands it would still go into the IVA pot.

Not the Company, but yes the IVA pot this is an asset of your IVA I'm afraid.

I have been told by my iva company that I will get under £500.00 back from them from the ppi money.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.
