DFD follow a process which does not actually seem to match what the protocol says.

They are reluctant to deviate from that process and will not take internal responsibility once part of that process has moved to the next section.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Do you think it will be a bit cheeky if i apply to Lloyds Tsb? they was one of my creditors. TIA

You can try but I'd be inclined to try one that wasn't a creditor.

I just wouldn't apply for one with a creditor - I know HSBC or First Direct won't touch you - you'll still be on the register until you get that completion.

You have to get your CC, come off the register and pass the 6 year anniversary mark before you can tidy up your credit rating.
