It was supposed to be heard this week just gone, but, it seems, they couldn't get three judges in the same place at the same time --- however, they could do it for a certain celebrity sex scandal injunction appeal !!!

Now if they could combine ppi with a sex scandal involving a celebratory plus senior police officers who should know better that would get priority.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
groucho - I just assumed (albeit wrongly) that a time and date was scheduled and it wasn't just one of those - we'll fit you in when we've got 3 judges together. I would have thought it was a bit more organised. Obviously very wrong.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Lesley, I will try to keep up to date with this and post if I get anymore information. We all know who the sex scandal involves so the injunction seems as pointless as trying to light a candle in the wind.
