My IP removed me once the CC was issued and then I think it didn't take long at all...I think guidance is 3 months post CC issue but I remember it being removed sooner than that.
Hope that helps.

The insolvency service put a footnote at the bottom of your entry stating that the entry will be removed 3 months after iVA completed. Should show date they were notified of completion.

3 months from the date that it is received by the insolvency service.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Some of them come off very quickly - both mine and hubbys were off within two weeks of us receiving the completion letter.

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Just checked - mine is on the register but recorded as completed but with a footnote to say that it will stay there for 3 months.

It depends on when the Iva is approved. If it was approved prior to April 2010 it will come off straight away, if it is after April 2010 where there were changes to the insolvency rules it remains on for 3 months

They are applying the same rule irrespective.

Under the old rules mine should come off straightaway.

No, because you iva started in 2011 so the new rules will apply, it goes by date of approval of the iva, anything approved prior to April 2010 is removed immediately

For me so far:
IVA started 28 August 2011
Full & Final payment offered 11 November 2015
Creditors meeting arranged and accepted 11 Feb 2016 Completion Certificate issued on the 29 March 2016
Completion Certificate received on the 02 April 2016

I've just checked the insolvency register and I'm still there, though it does state that it was completed March 29.

The footnote also states:

Individual Voluntary Arrangements will remain visible while they are Current, and for a period of 3 months after the receipt of notice of the revocation order, full implementation or termination of the agreement

I'm guessing we'll all be off it by the end of June at the latest, though hopefully sooner.
