If you completed it correctly then the problem would seem to lie with the postal service.

If it was completed correctly then it maybe the postal service is to blame. You cannot say who is to blame here.

I have now escalated the complaint both internally and externally I am in the process of making a complaint by the gateway, I have not been provided with any evidence that the RX4 was ever completed in 2013 and no evidence that it was sent, this coupled with the fact that the Land Registry confirm they never received any paperwork from McCambridge Duffy means that I'm not prepared to just let this drop as I wonder if it has happened to anyone else.

Update to be fair to McCambridge Duffy i have now received a letter as their final answer confirming that their RX4 was completed on 06/06/2013 but was not sent recorded delivery as there is no requirement to do so. I still have concerns that if this is the case than other RX4's could have gone missing in the post, but that is down to them as a company to resolve.

Thanks for all your help on here everyone

It does seem to have simply been down to a lost document and McCambridge Duffy do have an excellent reputation generally. It also seems as though they've done everything possible to put the situation right so credit where credit is due. Hopefully you can put it all behind you now.

Shaun
I wouldn't have been so quick to complain if I hadn't already been subjected to extreme rudeness over overtime payments which had already been paid months before, certain people seem very quick to change the tone of their voice and their politeness when they realise they are speaking to someone in an IVA and not looking at the prospect of signing up to one, was described in another thread as a god complex and I can see that view.

Mortgage is going through at moment just waiting on the previous mortgage company now. To be fair Michael Peoples seems very genuine and helpful, just that my trust in that firm has now completely gone

Michael Peoples is a very genuine and helpful person and is well respected on this forum and the company has never had many complaints on here.

I don't dispute that you have had problems with them and I hope it all gets sorted.
