Full and Final Offer Problems-Help Needed!!

Hi All, im new to the forum.
Im having problems proceeding with my Full and Final Offer for my IVA.
Basically, I approached my IVA company in January this year requesting to proceed with a full and final offer.
I duly completed a new I & E review, sent in all documents needed i.e Payslips, P60s and anything else required and it was signed off for submission to my creditors bymy IP a few months ago. My IVA is officially due to complete March 2017, but having struggled since 2010 i am eager to get it finished off early. Living in an IVA has taken its toll on life in many ways.
Its been over 3 months now since my initial request and i still have no notification of a date for the creditors meeting, having read posts on here when some people had completed in a month with a full and final, i never dreamed it would take so long before even a date would be set, ive then been told it takes 28 days for creditors to agree/disagree the date suggested and then a month to find out if it was approved at the meeting.!. My IVA company is Payplan.
Is this correct?
Does anyone know what else i can do except chase them for updates or wait?
Ive been ringing every week sometimes 2-3 times a week to try and speed things up but to no avail. Im just told they have lots of clients requesting full and finals, its all done in chronological order and when the paperwork is done il hear back. Im at a loss what to do next...

Complain and them immediately complain to the insolvency service on the basis that pay plan communication processes are so slow it is adversely impact on the administration of your iva.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Personally I would chase them contact them by phone and then follow up with a recorded delivery letter stating that if it is not satisfactorily dealt with within one week you will make a complaint to the appropriate authority in this case the insolvency gateway regarding their lack of progress and unprofessional conduct.
IVA agreed 14/02/2011
IVA settled 06/06/2013

My IVA went from final offer to completion in about five months from memory although seemed like a lot longer at the time.

I have suggested to Kate the course of action she should take as I was with Payplan and you should just keep pushing.

Thanks all for the advice.

Kallis. Ive checked on Insolvency Register and cant see my IP contact details. I have a feeling Payplan will be less than forthcoming with his contact details but il see tomorrow.
