Hi my IVA is coming off my credit file this week and there are no defaults on my file, infact it's currently an 'excellent' credit rating (with me clearing some defaults on there)! My husbands has got 'good' credit score - would I be able to just apply for a normal mortgage with a bank? Would it get declined? I've already spoke to Shaun from the forum but just wondering thanks

I entered the iva Feb 2010 so it's over. Just wondering incase Shaun's team can't get me a good deal, and if not, would a bank reject my application. Thanks

Before you do anything else, speak to Ryan as well.
