Good news, my creditors have accepted the variation and my IVA has now closed. Thanks for your guidance.

I have been awarded £150 compensation from my IP for a 12 month delay in closing my IVA.

In your opinion is the amount of compensation reasonable?

I'm surprised you've been offered anything at all - you could always try and hold out for a little more - they can only say no...

Completion certificate received on 23rd March. I am finally debt free after almost 7 years.
