Hi I completed my IVA April last year and I have just received a PPI check. Can I keep it ?

Yes it states:Any future recoveries from PPI claims will be dealt with in accordance with the variation approved by creditors. So I guess my answer is no then

It depends on what that variation said, but I strongly suspect it was worded so that PPI was theirs.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
