Hi,just a quick update! No joy with emailing creditfix so gave them a call today. The annual report was emailed to me in July last year. Never received it so they have emailed another copy to me. However no I&E report, so bit confused it says on annual report I&E reviewed? No. I submitted all details in may 2015 for our review and normally we get something back to tell us if our monthly contributions have increased or stayed the same.would this mean they havnt done I&E review at all? I took on a few extra hours at work in Jan 2015 and notified them straight away. They only asked for my contract which I forwarded as soon as I received it from work.so now I'm worried I could have potential arrears but at the same time I havnt been advised to increase my payments!I don't know if I'm coming or going.
You need to phone them again and ask what has happened with your I&E and impress on them how worried you are.

How frustrating, another phone call is needed by the sounds of it and I would ask them why they don't respond to emails too. Hope you get all the documentation very soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
I took it upon myself to send an I&E in as I reached the end of year 5, they emailed me back to say I should just continue at the previous rate for the 6th and final year.
Just come off the phone from creditfix and they have assured me my account is up to date my contribution payments have stayed the same. He said to just wait until our next I&E review but assured me all is ok with our account!

That's good news - get them to back it up with an email so you have written confirmation.
