Paid Kingsgate Insolvency in full July 2015, but cannot get a completion date. What can I do ?

I'm with Kingsgate Insolvency and paid in full £18.840.47 in July 2015 and they have still not paid my creditors and cannot give me a completion date I'm going round in circles what can I do ?

Was this a full and final or did you complete your IVA? You should have had a completion letter by now - keep pestering them to find out why.

What is their reason for the delay? Could it be due to PPI? If so they can ask you to assign any PPI interest to them to be able to close your case.

Send them a written letter by recorded delivery and demand an explanation for the delay in closure and estimated timescales to complete. Suggest you will be making a complaint if their response is not satisfactory.

As long as there are no material issues to be dealt with there is no excuse for your IVA not being closed by now.
