Keep the pressure on them for written updates - send an old fashioned letter by recorded delivery if you need to.

Depends on what terms were agreed with the IP at the time - you will need to check your records.

Have just spoken with Aperture/GT and they have confirmed that my creditors have said I can have the interest back. Unfortunately, after speaking to SHL they are awaiting 2 replies back from 2 creditors that I haven't heard of.....bizarre, they haven't had an update since September 2015. So will keep pressing them to get a resolution.
Thanks

Aperture need to manage SHL - they can't just take a fire and forget approach and say it's not their responsibility to ensure that things are resolved.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

@lifenoteasy Should I be putting the pressure on Aperture then? Email them to complain etc.?

Aperture commissioned SHL with the ultimate aim of gaining more money for creditors.

Their other choice was to decide not to progress PPI further.

As such they are directly responsible for the actions or inaction of SH especially if there is any difference in the information held by both companies.

So yes - you should be complaining to them as well.

Thanks for the advice.
@Sharon.10 do you have a specific email address you have used in the past for GT/Aperture in relation to PPI complaints? Thanks again
