Hi Folks.

I completed my IVA 19 months ago now, with DFD. They used EIF to chase for PPI cash.
Well today I got a letter from one of the banks , saying they have reviewed a complaint that EIF made and are now offering to pay me £550.
As my IVA was closed 19 months ago and the final certificate received, I take it that I am still obliged to pass this money onto DFD? Or as it is all done and dusted do I not have to.

I think you may be ok but hopefully one of the experts will be along to advise further.

Thanks for the reply Kallis.
I was fully expecting to have to fork it over, so I will wait and see.

It depends what was agreed during your IVA - you might have agreed an assignment stating that any post CC PPI claims still vest in your IVA. Failing which the PPI should be yours to keep (although this is currently going through the court of appeal - due to be heard in the summer so this may change)
