im just really worried that even though I have overpaid and they will be getting a 46p dividend instead of a 35p that due to the amount left to pay in actual payments they may reject. 8855 -5000k f and f - 3855 left in payments even tho I was asked totally to pay 27686 and I will have paid 29078 . what do people think ?

I think you are worrying too much - 46p is much better than 35p.

Your IP would not have put this forward if they did not think there was a good chance of it being accepted.

I paid a lot less across for mine and it was ok.

Hello, thank you for your kind positive wishes, I'm delighted to say that my variation for f&f was accepted!! I'm so happy and feel 2016 is going to be a good year! The only modification asked for where that of a reduction in the variation fees for my Iva company and they kindly accepted them without question. I have to say although my Iva company has some negative views surrounding them I've only (so far- pending completion certificate issue) been very happy with their service especially the swift/smooth variations process, with help from a lovely lady named Grace. I will be sending much luck to you annearchie for Monday but I'm sure with a higher dividend offered you will be fine! Mine was a reduced dividend down from 33p to 27p so your offer sounds a very attractive one to me X

I had Lloyds, Barclaycard, HSBC, Halifax, Direct Line, Lombard Direct, various store cards so you can see that you are nowhere near as bad as I was!!
