Just contact this person and ask for their help, its who complaints normally get escalated to through their complaints process and try suggesting you'd rather some help than have to initiate the process, you just need it in clear writing what is actually going on.

this is the head of quality and risk https://uk.linkedin.com/in/suenyman

this is the result vic got http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=71208
My Blog details, the route I took before IVA, how I choose my firm, equity release advice (year 4-5), challenging the CRA's keeping IVA on credit file once gone from insolvency register

IVA ended August 2015. Would recommend McCambridge Duffy

Had a call back from GT regarding the email I sent back in October. Nice lady but not the sort of thing I wanted to hear :(
It still sounded quite complex, but in a nutshell, creditor(s)have put in claims that total a £10000.00 shortfall!! This was discovered when the file went to closures! I've now got to wait to see what the outcome is after the 14th Dec. The lady said I must not worry, and stay optimistic, as this is what they are there for, which was kind of her to say so, but finding that pretty difficult right now :( I'm so fed-up with the whole thing right now! All these years thinking I'm clearing 16K worth of debt, when In reality its over 26...Still wonder how the hell this can happen.

Usually the dividend is just an estimate and therefore even if the dividend position changes (they always do) from what was originally estimated it doesn't mean the failure of your IVA.TBH it doesn't really affect you at all. The IP simply adjudicates the claims and pays a smaller dividend. The only way I can see it changing your position is if your IVA or modification promised/insisted upon a minimum dividend. You really need to get Aperature to put this in writing to you.

Hi Lisa
Thanks for the response. I had a glance through my original paperwork which was drafted by Blair Endersby back in 2009 to see if there were any comments regarding a minimum dividend and couldn't see anything, not to say it may be hidden there somewhere. id assume the terms would remain the same when handed over to GT.

Surprise Surprise! got home to an envelope full of forms regarding PPI last night, regardless of doing this in 2012 with Claimsbroker on their behalf, they now want another company to do it. What a time to start going through this caper, 5 months after final payment! I did speak to them regarding this, and they have assured me that this PPI claim will NOT hinder the closure of the IVA, but we will see. Be interesting to see what happens after the 14th Dec when they have had this creditor meeting, not feeling optimistic as this lot do seem to fluff about with things!

Well good news today!
Called Aperture to ask them about the outcome of the variation meeting yesterday, Aperture and Max Recovery have resolved the issues and agreed a variation between them, at no extra costs or terms against myself, so my account has been forwarded to the Closures team! A fantastic piece of news to finish the year! :)

Congratulations. I'm also pleased to say I got email from Aperture stating my IVA was closed about a month ago yet I haven't received the completion certificate. This was after I inquired on the progress of the review. The IVA is also marked as completed on the Insolvency Register.

Well that day has finally arrived! I called Aperture yesterday to pursue the Closure of the IVA, spoke to a lady who tapped away on the keyboard, and said "Sir your IVA was closed on the 13th January, i shall have you're certificate posted out to you ASAP! Very well done, and we wish you all the very best for a debt free future!" Awwww how sweet :) . It was on the door mat this evening when i got home! I've never been so glad to see a Grant Thornton branded letter! What a result to start off 2016! Im over the moon!!
