They appear to be correctly registered in a couple of places that I have checked.

I have no knowledge of them as a company or how they deal with IVA's.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I had my IVA with them - they are not a bad company in the grand scheme of things but the case workers seem very non-communicative however if there is a problem then an IP will step in and make contact with you if you shout loud enough! I didn't deal directly with them when setting up the IVA as i didn't realise at the time i was with an introducer so i don't know how they are with setting up the IVA - i would make sure that everything is explained to you in detail and check you proposal very carefully to ensure you understand everything.
IVA started Jan 2012
Last payment made June 2014 @100p
Completion certificate received Sept 2014

Also, if you have not already signed anything, have a word with a couple of the IP's that post on here that have a good reputation for communication and speed of compeletion, etc and find one you are totally happy with before signing anything.

Hi and welcome. I hope the above has answered your question about the validity of the company, however, I would respectfully suggest you speak to 2 or 3 before making a decision (assuming you haven't). I do recognise it's time consuming but worth your while to invest time in choosing the right company.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Can only agree with all of the above.

5-6 years is a long time and it is the start of a hard journey.

I agree that you should speak to more companies.
