I have been trying to get £2.500 statutory interest from GT, my Iva was completed in April 2015, the PPI was paid to GT in April saying I would receive the statutory interest within 10 days, since then ignoring my emails until this week when i received this email;
I am writing to advise we have received 1 PPI claim into your arrangement however will be unable to refund the statutory interest element (net of costs) to you on the basis that we have not received the offer letter detailing how much of the award relates to statutory interest. In order to progress this matter please provide Aperture with a copy of the offer letter from Lloyds TSB and upon receipt we will be in a position to address this matter for you.
I have sent this by return today what can i do next

I guess GT are a law unto themselves and are notorious for ignoring emails, they are the big bullies.
I currently have a case ongoing with them over PPI and I paid my last payment to them in June 2014.
Keep onto them and if they still keep ignoring you go down the legal route like I am doing.

You need to continue your case with them to eventually receive it ...hopefully you will gain something out of your fight with it.
