he sais my secheduled payments were 3 x 361.87 and then further 69 x 385.87 = total of 27710.64
ive paid 444 due to payrises for ages now like 2 years so hopefully with the 23633 plus 5000 makes 28633. maybe they will accept. letters of authority gone off in post recorded delivery. keep your fingers crossed xx

If the offer is accepted - do I just pay 5000k or do I have to pay extra for fees on top etc ?

No, if the offer is accepted then that is it, the IVA will conclude.

General rule of thumb for full n finals are based on total amount of payments left as if you took the IVA to the term end plus any equity value (or none) the extra 12 months. This would be a general figure less a little as the creditors will be saving on fees by getting paid out quicker. Although you have paid additional into it creditors dont have to see this as in your favour as that money is theres anyway. Good luck.

My ip officer said I should hear by the end of the week whether a meeting will be called for f anf f offer. will he be able to give me a date for it then do you think?

What do you have to give them other than the letters of authority ? anything else - they just did my review and got my payslips and my p60

ok so my IP has granted permission for a variation meeting to go ahead and they will be in contact shortly - what does this mean ?
