My partner is going to give the keys back to the bank in the next few weeks as he can no longer afford the repayments. His x wife is also on the morgage but hasnt paid a penny towards it . His he going to be liable for council tax when he goes it will be unfurnished. My partner and i will be moving into a rented house together
