I'm very thankful that because of the generosity of our parents I we are in a position to offer a full and final on our interlocking Iva, we have just finished writing letters from our self and our parents with the details of the offer and have worded it using much useful advice given from this forum. I'm going to send the paperwork Monday via recorded delivery, I'm just a little unsure who I address it to? Do I address it Fao and then our supervisors name? Or to a particular department? And should I be ringing in advance to talk about it first and to say it's on it's way? Thank you in advance for any advise
Speak to your IVA provider and tell them what you are proposing to do.
Have you discussed this with them first and how much are you proposing to pay.

Thank you Kallis , I will give them a call tomorrow, I've not spoken with anyone from my Iva company yet and I guess I've just been so carried away with the thought of possibly being able to arrange a f&f that I've gotten ahead of myself!
How much do you have left to pay and what are you proposing?

I'm offering £6,000 and have worked out that payments left and 12months in lieu of equity (as we have equity) this is almost exactly what they would have received if I kept on paying as the figure would be £6,020 they will just be receiving their forcast but 3 1/2 years early so I've everything crossed that they find this a very favourable offer.
Hopefully it will but please make sure you let them know that the offer is only there for a full and final and if that's not agreed then the money is not available.
Hopefully one of our experts will be around tomorrow to advise further.

Thank you, we have in our letters, as I will in the phone call make it clear funds are only avaliable for full and final only and will not be made avaliable to us for any other reason and also that the offer amount will decrease with payments made whilst waiting. Fingers crossed for a good phone call to Iva company tomorrow!
