Hi - has anyone successfully moved housed either when they were in an IVA or within 12 months after? We are desperate to move and the IVA is completing in March. Or could we look at renting our house out and renting somewhere ?
A few posters on here have been successful in getting a mortgage after completion via Ryan or Shaun.
There is nothing to stop you renting your house out and renting somewhere yourself as long as the rental would cover the mortgage.
