My dad paid the money to them today, just off the phone to them and been told should be all done within 3/4 weeks with my CC. Should I give them that long or should I be chasing them up earlier to get it soon as pos.

I think 3-4 weeks is reasonable. This allows for any final checks to be done and the final dividends to be paid. If it goes past a month it may be worth giving them a little push but in fairness your IP firm seems to have handled everything very well to date.

3/4 weeks is an excellent time frame -- as long as they stick to it.

I just had an Email off Noodle saying my new credit report was ready so thought id have a look and on it in the public information bit it says that my IVA is completed but lower down it says I have a CCJ which is active from 2011, this was my main debt and was included in fact the reason I went into the IVA so know it is taken care of. Should that still be showing as such on it.

Contact the county court and ask them what you need to do to remove this/shown as completed.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
